Addy Horsley leads a balanced attack to beat Columbia

On Thursday, the stars were shining brightly for Bingham in a 64-49 victory over Columbia. The success was a return to things as normal for Bingham, who in their previous outing suffered a shocking 38-36 upset defeat to Monsignor Scanlan.
Bingham's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Addy Horsley led the charge by scoring 21 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for her. Brianna Badonie was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with five rebounds.
Bingham's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Columbia, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.
Bingham will finish 2023 at home by hosting Pleasant Grove at 2:30 p.m. on December 29th. Columbia will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bishop Kelly at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2024.
