Basketball Recap: Dallas County Takes a Loss

Dallas County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Thorsby Rebels, falling 65-38.

Dallas County's record is now 0-9. As for Thorsby, the win snapped their losing streak at nine games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-8 record.

Dallas County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-22 loss against Montgomery Academy on the 10th. As for Thorsby, they will head out to face off against Holtville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Holtville will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Thorsby surely won't give up without a fight.
