Volleyball Recap: Lely Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lely was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Aubrey Rogers Patriots, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat two weeks ago.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, 25-14.

Aubrey Rogers was led to victory by Emilee Domain and Chiara Gagliano. Domain had ten digs and three aces, while Gagliano had 20 assists and six digs. That's the most digs Domain has posted over her last ten matchups.

Lely's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Aubrey Rogers, their victory bumped their record up to 10-11.

Looking ahead, Lely will head out to challenge Palmetto Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Aubrey Rogers, they will welcome Seacrest Country Day at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
