The Ross Little Giants scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They put the hurt on Whitmer with a sharp 76-52 victory. Ross has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

Whitmer's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jada Shoup, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Madison Finch was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with two steals.

The victory (which was Ross' fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Whitmer, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ross will challenge Springfield at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Springfield will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 360th, while Ross is ranked 60th). As for Whitmer, they will head out on the road to face off against Findlay at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
