Volleyball Game Preview: Big Walnut Golden Eagles vs. Reynoldsburg Raiders

The Big Walnut Golden Eagles will head out to take on the Reynoldsburg Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Big Walnut lost 3-0 to Westerville North on Thursday.

Big Walnut was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 27-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Reynoldsburg waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 3-1.

Reynoldsburg had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 26-24, 25-22, 25-22.

Big Walnut has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season. As for Reynoldsburg, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-6.
