St. Clair County barely beat Moody the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Fighting Saints' defense stepped up to hand the Blue Devils a 3-0 shutout on Thursday. Considering St. Clair County have won six matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win snapped St. Clair County's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-5-2 record. As for Moody, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-11-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Clair County will host Clay-Chalkville at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Moody, they will welcome Carver Birmingham at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
