Football Recap: Bartlett Comes Up Short on the Road Against Glenbard North + How To Watch

Bartlett had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were outmatched by the Glenbard North Panthers and fell 38-3. The Hawks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 31-3.

Jose Santiago threw for 92 yards on ten of 25 attempts. Reese Wagner was his top target, picking up 40 receiving yards. On the ground, Jack Dicarlo rushed for 35 yards.

Donato Gatses went supernova For Glenbard North., rushing for 195 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also picking up 31 receiving yards. Angelo Gatses was in the mix as well, providing the Panthers with two TDs.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bartlett will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Lake Park at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Glenbard North, they will challenge Benet Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
