Volleyball Recap: Northwest Cabarrus Takes a Loss

Northwest Cabarrus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Ragin' Bulls earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Northwest Cabarrus' loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Hickory Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Northwest Cabarrus does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hickory Ridge, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Cox Mill on the 4th.
