Football Recap: Grant Comes Up Short

After flying high against Hesperia last Friday, Grant came back down to earth. The Tigers were beaten by the Tri County Area Vikings 55-9 on Friday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Grant now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Tri County Area, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grant will square off against rival Reed City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Tri County Area is set to challenge their familiar foe Big Rapids at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
