Basketball Game Preview: New Diana Eagles vs. Harmony Eagles

New Diana is on a three-game streak of home losses, Harmony a six-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Tuesday. We've got a battle between Eagles coming up. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Last Friday, New Diana took a blow against Jefferson, falling 98-63. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1018th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 240th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Harmony). They managed a 78-73 win over Hughes Springs on Friday.

New Diana's loss dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Harmony, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-23.

New Diana was able to grind out a solid win over Harmony in their previous matchup back in January, winning 63-53. Will New Diana repeat their success, or does Harmony have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
