The Academy hadn't done well against Kent Denver recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Sun Devils. The win was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on three straight.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-16, 25-19.

Ava Gallegos paced The Academy's offense, picking up 14 kills. Gallegos got some help from Olivia Luxner and her 23 assists. Eva Rodriquez and Jaslynn Medina kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

The Academy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Kent Denver, they dropped their record down to 7-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
