It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Greenon ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They secured a 65-61 W over the Arcanum Trojans. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on three straight.

Arcanum's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Caroline Long, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 16 boards, and Lexy Gibbons, who went 9 of 18 en route to 28 points. Gibbons' evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Faith Wooten was another key player, putting up five points and seven rebounds.

Greenon has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points per game. As for Arcanum, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8.

Greenon will face off against Anna at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arcanum, they will take on Franklin Monroe at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
