Soccer Recap: Marcus Comes Up Short

Marcus saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bowie Bulldogs by a score of 2-1.

Marcus' goal came courtesy of Kabili Yuoh, which was the first he's scored this season.

Marcus' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Bowie, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0-1.

Coming up, Marcus will take on Vandegrift in a tournament on Friday. Vandegrift's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Marcus' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Bowie, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Jordan at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Bowie's defense better be ready for this one: Jordan have averaged an impressive 2.5 goals per game this season.
