Basketball Game Preview: Farmington Tigers vs. Nute Rams

Farmington has gone 8-1 against Nute recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Farmington Tigers will be playing at home against the Nute Rams at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, Farmington was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 55-50 to Franklin.

Meanwhile, Nute was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 22nd straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Portsmouth Christian Academy 62-24.

Farmington's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36 points. As for Nute, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.

Everything came up roses for Farmington against Nute in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 63-15 win. Does Farmington have another victory up their sleeve, or will Nute turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
