Basketball Recap: Western Dubuque Comes Up Short

Western Dubuque lost against Waterloo West back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bobcats were beaten by the Wahawks 70-39. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Western Dubuque now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Waterloo West, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Western Dubuque will face off against Iowa City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waterloo West, they have already played their next contest, a 59-43 victory against Waterloo East on the 6th.
