Softball Recap: Hanceville Comes Up Short

Hanceville lost against Locust Fork back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bulldogs fell 8-3 to the Hornets. The Bulldogs' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Hanceville saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kynzlee Farr, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Hanceville's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15-1. As for Locust Fork, their win bumped their record up to 10-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hanceville will challenge rival Pennington at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Locust Fork is set to take on their familiar foe Vinemont at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
