Soccer Recap: Bosco Tech Takes a Loss

Bosco Tech lost to Verbum Dei Jesuit on January 2nd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

Bosco Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14-1. As for Verbum Dei Jesuit, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-9-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bosco Tech is set to take on their familiar foe St. Bernard at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Verbum Dei Jesuit will face off against rival Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
