Baseball Recap: Rejoice Christian Takes a Loss

Rejoice Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Plainview Indians, falling 11-1.

Rejoice Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Lawson, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Rejoice Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Plainview, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rejoice Christian will host Wister at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Wister will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Rejoice Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Plainview, they will take on Purcell at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Purcell has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.73 runs per game on average), something Plainview will no doubt try to take advantage of.
