Baseball Recap: Greater New Bedford RVT Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Greater New Bedford RVT's offense. They came up short against the Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders on Monday, falling 6-0. The Bears were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raiders earlier this season, when they won 5-1.

Greater New Bedford RVT's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Somerset Berkley Regional, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greater New Bedford RVT will host Old Rochester Regional at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Somerset Berkley Regional, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Durfee at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
