Basketball Recap: Tolono Unity Takes a Loss

Tolono Unity lost against Mahomet-Seymour back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Tolono Unity Rockets might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Mahomet-Seymour Bulldogs an easy 62-37 win. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tolono Unity's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Mahomet-Seymour, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tolono Unity will be home for the holidays to greet Mt. Zion at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Mahomet-Seymour, they will welcome Taylorville at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
