Volleyball Game Preview: Sumner-Eddyville-Miller Mustangs vs. Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller has gone a perfect 10-0 against Wilcox-Hildreth recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Mustangs will square off against the Falcons. Wilcox-Hildreth took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Sumner-Eddyville-Miller, who comes in off a win.

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller was handed a three-set loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Ansley/Litchfield, sneaking past 3-2.

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller found their leader in sophomore Lily Hrasky, who had 24 digs. Hrasky has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Meanwhile, Wilcox-Hildreth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to Loomis.

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Wilcox-Hildreth, their loss dropped their record down to 2-23.

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller was able to grind out a solid victory over Wilcox-Hildreth in their previous meeting back in September, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
