Baseball Game Preview: Brockton Boxers vs. North Quincy Raiders

The Brockton Boxers are taking a road trip to take on the North Quincy Raiders at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Brockton hasn't scored more than two runs for four games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

Brockton lost 12-2 to Boston Latin Academy on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Boxers have lost by exactly ten runs.

Meanwhile, North Quincy didn't have quite enough to beat Plymouth North on Thursday and fell 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Raiders have suffered against the Eagles since April 27, 2017.

Brockton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for North Quincy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.

Brockton came up short against North Quincy in their previous matchup back in March, falling 3-0. Can the Boxers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
