Manhattan Center for Science & Math's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average this season. As for Gompers, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
