Volleyball Game Preview: Paoli Rams vs. South Central Rebels

The Paoli Rams will square off against the South Central Rebels at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Paoli and seven for South Central.

Paoli lost 3-0 to Corydon Central on Tuesday.

Paoli took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14, 25-20.

Meanwhile, South Central came up short against Crawford County on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While South Central was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Crawford County's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-16, 25-23.

South Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Paoli, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-18.

Paoli skirted past South Central 3-2 when the teams last played back in September of 2015. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rebels turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
