Hortonville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 67-59 win over the Oshkosh West Wildcats. Given the Polar Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 38th, while the Wildcats are ranked 230th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hortonville's victory bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Oshkosh West, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-16.
