Volleyball Game Preview: Attleboro Bombardiers vs. Taunton Tigers

The Attleboro Bombardiers will head out to face off against the Taunton Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Attleboro has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the match with six straight defeats, while Taunton will come in with three straight victories.

Last Monday, Attleboro came up short against King Philip Regional and fell 3-1.

While Attleboro ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 20-25, 25-19, 25-18.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Kaydan Jordan, who had 14 digs.

Meanwhile, Taunton made easy work of Xaverian Brothers on Monday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Taunton pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Attleboro, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Attleboro might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Taunton in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Bombardiers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
