The matchup between Immanuel Christian and Lone Pine  on Wednesday hardly resembled the  1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Crusaders never let the Golden Eagles get on the board and left with  a   22-0  victory. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won 14 games by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Abigail Barham made a big impact no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 In other batting news, Immanuel Christian let  Sydney Loughlin and  Ava Blakie run wild. Loughlin  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with four  runs and two  stolen bases, while  Blakie  got on base  in all five of her plate appearances with two  stolen bases and three  runs. That's the most  stolen bases  Loughlin has posted since back in March.  Milah Blowers was another key player,  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances with four  runs.
 Immanuel Christian  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .667. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lone Pine only posted  an  OBP of  .222.
Immanuel Christian has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record  this season. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lone Pine,  they are  on  a  16-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.
