Volleyball Recap: Cromwell Takes a Loss

Cromwell lost against Valley Regional back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panthers came up short against the Warriors, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-10.

Cromwell's offense was headlined by Anya Natt and Victoria Narwot, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Piper Kovacs and her 13 assists. Finally, Narwot was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Cromwell's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Valley Regional, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Cromwell has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against North Branford on the 19th. As for Valley Regional, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Morgan on the 19th.
