Baseball Game Preview: Tabor Academy Seawolves vs. St. Sebastian's School Arrows

The Tabor Academy Seawolves are taking a road trip to face off against the St. Sebastian's School Arrows at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Tabor Academy will be strutting in after a victory while St. Sebastian's School will be coming in after a defeat.

Tabor Academy's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They walked away with a 3-0 win over Buckingham Browne & Nichols.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, St. Sebastian's School's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 5-2 to Middlesex. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Arrows couldn't push the score so high this time.

Tabor Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for St. Sebastian's School, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-3.

Tabor Academy couldn't quite finish off St. Sebastian's School when the teams last played back in May of 2024 and fell 5-3. Can the Seawolves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
