Baseball Recap: Glendale Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Glendale's offense. They lost 26-0 to the Lowell Devils on Saturday. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Glendale's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lowell, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Glendale will square off against Bonanza at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give Glendale their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Lowell, they will face off against Elmira at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Elmira will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Lowell surely won't give up without a fight.
