Basketball Recap: Freedom Prep Academy Finds Home Court Redemption Against City University School of Liberal Arts

There's no place like home for Freedom Prep Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 65-47 victory over City University School of Liberal Arts on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against City University School of Liberal Arts two weeks ago, they had to take a 60-56 defeat.

City University School of Liberal Arts' loss came despite strong showings from Denarius Perry and Anthony Carrick. Perry went 7 for 9 on his way to 14 points, while Carrick went 6 of 9 en route to 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian West, who posted six points.
