Football Game Preview: Red Lodge/Roberts vs. Colstrip

After two weeks on the road, Red Lodge/Roberts is heading back home. Their bye week comes to an end as they meet up with Colstrip at 7:00 PM on Friday. Red Lodge/Roberts will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.

Red Lodge/Roberts have had to suffer through a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took the match and then some with a 41-0 win two weeks ago over Baker/Plevna. Red Lodge/Roberts were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Meanwhile, Colstrip put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They took their matchup against Shepherd by a conclusive 36-12 score. The success made it back-to-back wins for Colstrip.

Their wins bumped Colstrip to 5-1 and Red Lodge/Roberts to 1-4. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Colstrip and Red Lodge/Roberts will really light up the scoreboard.
