Basketball Recap: Worthington Christian Comes Up Short

Worthington Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 29-23 heartbreaker at the hands of the Columbus School for Girls Unicorns. The Warriors were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Unicorns earlier this season, when they won 41-24.

Worthington Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Columbus School for Girls, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Worthington Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 42-32 defeat against Bexley on the 7th. As for Columbus School for Girls, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 33-23 victory against Bishop Ready on the 7th.
