Annie Wright put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past the Evergreen Wolverines to the tune of 49-0. This was payback for the Gators, who suffered a 30-25 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Eli Weir was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 40 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 192 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 75% of his passes. Ian Willey was in the mix as well, providing Annie Wright with two scores.

Annie Wright's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Evergreen, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Annie Wright didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 21-7 victory against Klahowya on the 25th. As for Evergreen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 49-0 loss against Interlake on the 26th.
