Volleyball Game Preview: North Penn Knights vs. Pennridge Rams

The North Penn Knights will challenge the Pennridge Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Penn will be strutting in after a win while Pennridge will be coming in after a defeat.

Pennridge will be up against a hot North Penn team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Knights blew past Central Bucks West 3-0 on Friday.

While North Penn won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-21, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Pennridge faced Northeastern in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Rams fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 1-0. The Rams' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

North Penn's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1. As for Pennridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Everything went North Penn's way against Pennridge in their previous meeting back in March, as North Penn made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
