The Red Bluff Spartans won the last time they faced the Anderson Cubs, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Red Bluff came out on top against Anderson by a score of 50-37.
Red Bluff was led to victory by Kayden Leaf and Ryan Ross. Leaf scored 12 points, while Ross scored nine points along with six steals. Those six steals set a new season-high mark for him. Carson Hall was another key contributor, scoring four points.
Red Bluff's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Anderson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.
Red Bluff will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Central Valley at 6:00 p.m. on December 28th. Anderson will take on Orland in a holiday battle at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at. Orland presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Anderson in California (Orland is ranked 499th, while Anderson is ranked 1073rd).
