Football Recap: Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS vs. Aragon Dons
Hillsdale waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They snuck past the Aragon Dons with a 14-9 win. For the FIGHTING KNIGHTS, this counts as revenge for the 34-7 victory the Dons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.
A big part of Hillsdale's win came down to the chemistry between Casey Strezo and his top target JACK HAYWOOD. Strezo threw for 149 yards and a touchdown while HAYWOOD picked up 132 receiving yards and a touchdown. HAYWOOD showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 55 yards.
The victory got Hillsdale back to even at 5-5. As for Aragon, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
