Baseball Game Preview: Pasco Bulldogs vs. Richland Bombers

Pasco is 0-10 against Richland since April of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will venture away from home to challenge the Bombers at 5:00 p.m. Neither Pasco nor Richland posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Friday just wasn't the day for Pasco's offense. They lost 19-0 to Kennewick on Friday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Richland faced Hanford in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Bombers came up short against the Falcons, falling 10-2. The Bombers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Richland's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-3. As for Pasco, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Pasco might still be hurting after the 11-0 defeat they got from Richland in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
