Volleyball Recap: AJ Johnson and Tessa Stuart Secure Win for Blue Springs

With a playoff win on the line, Blue Springs rose to the challenge on Thursday. They blew past the Fort Osage Indians 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won five in a row.

Blue Springs was led to victory by Tessa Stuart and AJ Johnson. Stuart had 19 assists and four digs, while Johnson had seven digs. Stuart has been hot for a while, having posted 14 or more assists the last 18 times she's played.

Blue Springs' record is now 15-18. As for Fort Osage, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-11-1 record this season.

Blue Springs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Lee's Summit West on the 25th. Fort Osage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
