Volleyball Recap: Baker County's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Baker County was forced to take a big defeat against Colquitt Christian Academy last Monday, they got the better of them on Monday. The Bears came out on top against the Cavaliers by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Cavaliers last Monday, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

While Baker County won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-23.

With the victory, Baker County broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 6-15. As for Colquitt Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Baker County will square off against CHESS Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Colquitt Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
