Soccer Recap: Four Straight Home Victories for Tuscola

Tuscola proved they can win big last Monday (they won by four) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Smoky Mountain Mustangs 2-1. Tuscola haven't had any issues with Smoky Mountain recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Gracie Rinker and Avery Roten scored both of Tuscola's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Tuscola's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four contests. As for Smoky Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 10-4.
