After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Alta, East was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs 15-2. The Leopards might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by seven runs or more this season.

East has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.9 runs over those games. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

East will square off against North Summit at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they will be taking part in a tournament against Taylorsville at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
