Soccer Recap: Roger Bacon Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Roger Bacon had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 9-1 to the Elder Panthers on Monday. Roger Bacon were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-0.

Elder has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Roger Bacon wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 0-0 draw against Northwest on the 21st. As for Elder, they will venture away from home to take on Milford at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
