Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ava Serrano and Fiona Allen Lead Girard to Victory

Girard won the last time they faced McKinley and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Red Dragons. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Girard took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-15, 25-13.

Girard was led to victory by Fiona Allen and Ava Serrano. Allen had 11 aces, while Serrano had 11 aces. Those 11 aces gave Allen a new career-high.
