Basketball Recap: Highland Rams vs. Centennial Patriots

Highland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Centennial Patriots 70-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Rams have suffered since January 31, 2024.

Centennial was led to victory by Gabe Eddins and Payton Knudson. Eddins went 6 for 12 on his way to 18 points, while Knudson went 7 of 15 en route to 20 points. Highland will face off against Canyon Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centennial, they and Rigby will face off at 4:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. One thing working in Rigby's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
