Soccer Recap: Franklin vs. Pisgah
Franklin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Pisgah Bears. The matchup was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Panthers it sure didn't stay that way.
Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Pisgah, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Franklin will host North Henderson at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2016, but likely not for long. As for Pisgah, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against West Henderson at 6:00 p.m. West Henderson is coming into the game with three straight defeats on the road, meaning Pisgah will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory.
