Heath Picou posted a new career-high in total tackles on Friday. He picked up a sack and made six total tackles (3.5 for loss), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is becoming a predictor of Deweyville's success: when he posts at least three total tackles the team is 2-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Picou and Deweyville will challenge Hull-Daisetta at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates are 8-1 against the Bobcats going back to September of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
