Football Game Preview: Halls Tigers vs. Milan Bulldogs

After each having a week off, the Halls Tigers and the Milan Bulldogs will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Last Friday, Halls had to suffer through a 42-13 loss at the hands of Peabody. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Golden Tide recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, Milan put another one in the bag last Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Union City with a sharp 35-13 victory. Considering the Bulldogs have won four matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Milan's win came from a few key players Halls will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jaydon Peete, who rushed for 68 yards and three touchdowns. He was even better on defense, forcing two fumbles and making 15 total tackles (5.0 for loss). Another player making a difference was Carson Kelley, who rushed for 85 yards and one score.

Milan's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Halls, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
