Preview: Glenn Falcons vs. Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies

The Glenn Falcons will head out on the road to face off against the Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Glenn focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Friday.

Last Friday, Glenn made easy work of South Bend Riley and carried off a 37-12 victory. Given Glenn's advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 136th, while South Bend Riley is ranked 369th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Addison Reese was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 17 points along with 7 steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Daelynn Nance, who scored 6 points.

Meanwhile, Plymouth took a serious blow against Warsaw on Saturday, falling 66-31. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Plymouth in their matchups with Warsaw: they've now lost nine in a row.

Glenn's win bumped their season record to 8-4 while South Bend Riley's loss dropped theirs to 1-9.

Glenn didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Plymouth in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 43-38 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Plymouth's Taylor Delp, who scored 19 points along with 8 rebounds. Now that she won't be playing on Tuesday, will it be that much easier for Glenn to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
