Football Recap: Wilson Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Wilson Central lost against Cookeville back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats were outmatched by the Cavaliers and fell 34-6. The contest marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Wilson Central fell to 4-1. As for Cookeville, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Looking ahead, Wilson Central will head out to challenge Overton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats are facing the Bobcats at the right time seeing as the Bobcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Cookeville, they will challenge Green Hill on Friday.
